- Expropriation Files – Attended ECB Hearings as a witness to provide appraisal and negotiation support and Negotiated settlements on files prior to ECB hearings.
- Provided professional real estate consultation for 500 properties for the Port Mann Highway 1 Project: reviewed and considered Provincial design and property criteria, provided professional real estate advice at meetings, liaised with project managers, property lawyers, design technicians and engineers, reviewed property impacts and provided design alternatives to reduce project costs, valuation of 400 individual property acqusitions, budgeting, title research, line lists, and preparation of spreadsheets detailing 15 pieces of specific info for each of the 500 properties.
